I own a Warwick Thumb 6 string BO with the mec pickups and have also played numerous other Warwicks with mec's. I've notice there are no reviews here for any Mec pickups so I figured I would rate them all in general.

They are VERY hot sounding pickups with alot of output. I've played these against barts, emg's, fenders, etc. And have always favored the Mec's, These teamed up with a Mec 3 band eq gives some awesome tone shaping posibility's.
