i was looking for a recording preamp and after a big disapointment with the joemeek threeQ i bought the ART because a bassplayer here recommended it. i trust bassplayers. and its true. the ART PRO CHANNEL is a very good recording pre and i am using it now as a bass preamp. read the other review it sounds impressive and improved my sound. yeah the best buy for years. cant do wrong with the ART.

and all the PRO sellers and reviewers told me its not so good. man they have no ears. my recordings are so much better now.(acoustic instruments, vocals, and the bass). and live you can achieve some brutal bass sounds or a fine warm, round basement.

itīs not a plug and play unit.read the manual. but i love it so much that i buy a second one. one for the studio and one for live.
