Now that i have this and road abused it for 6 months, here it goes.
I bought this used, but it wasn't! The guy that sold the head won it.
never played it 'cause he plays guitar. So that was bonus there!
Now for the abuse part! I just played a COLD 5 1/2 hour party!
BUT the Warwick NEVER GAVE UP! On both channels sound is amazing!
Although, everybody knows about tubes. They have minimal tone adjustment,
atleast all the tube amps i've owned. "7". But it had the greatest
sound!
"after the tubes warmed up!" Let them tubes warm up. there not good
cold!
I had not found this amp to lack much anywhere. The only bad thing i
could
say is. The head has only one speaker out! Which is all right, but i would
rather it have two speakers out!
The EQ is great on both sides!!!!!!!!!
Although, if you have a cheap bass and shitty electronics. Don't blame it
on the amp! ALL of my basses sound great through this amp! But some friends
have
cheap lumber! Even though the amp shouldn't matter, it's the player.
Thats totally incorrect. Because even with my back up set up. It's the
same!
The tube side though is awesome, with uprights! I have a Clevinger Concerto
5
string, and through this amp. All i can say is WOW! This is a great head
and would recomend it to anyone!
