This cabinet replaced an Ampeg PR-212H cab that I really liked alot. The big drawback being the 109 lbs in weight! The first time I used the NeoX-212 was at an outdoor gig (summer 2005),and the sound guy asked me to turn it down. I used it with an Aguilar AG-500 head.

It is the best cabinet for down-sizing(62lbs) to in my opinion. I play in an old school RnB and Funk band with 3 guitar players and I never get buried in the mix. This cabinet is built with the 2x12" speakers stacked on each other.

If you get the cabinet try tipping on its side, you'll be in for a sonic surprize.
