I have played through all types of bass cabinets ( ampeg, fender, etc.) and for it's size this is the best for clean deep bass. I use it with the ampeg svt pro amp and a 1970 fender jazz. It beats lugging around the ampeg svt 8-10" speakers. If you need to push more air just add another cabinet (b2). It is amazing how a well designed speaker cabinet can sound compared to the standard run of the mill cabinets. Are these guys just dropping speakers in boxes and fooling the public? Give the Acme B2 a try, you will be amazed at the results.
