This is the amp to have if you gig alot. There isn't a better amp
out there for the price. It gets plenty loud even for large venues.
I even managed to find a good tone with it the first time i plugged in
my upright.
I couldn't believe my eyes when i saw the GK400 in the store. It
is miniature in size compared to most other amps. I suggest rack mounting
it because it looks kinda' awkward plus it's not exactly scratch proof.
The first time I laid my keys on top of it, i noticed a little scratch.
The EQ doesn't come any simpler than the Gk400's. Finding a tone that
suits you is the nicest part of this amp. And isn't that the most
important part? However, try to stay clear of the treble boost button
because it adds alot extra noise
The only complaint I have about this amp is that the front imput
jacks are plastic, but with proper care and some common sense, you
can avoid any damage that might occur while removing guitar cables.
I can't think of a better value! There is no better value.
