i have bought them without trying them before just trusting on bass player magazine shoot out. fortunately it is worth every dame spent. although they are expensive, they are also full sounding, shows even response all over strings and large range of frequencies, from very roaring lows to no harsh higs. in resume, they are too much better than the ones on the market which i have already tried. i use aguilar OBP-1 just to keep the amp set flat and pickups balance adjusted, depending on the situation.
clarity (100%)
mr clark should not play alembics anymore
value (100%)
although they are expensive, no one should let mr pollack know how much they really should cost
overall (100%)
i would like to play as good as mr pollack build those pickups
