I am one of those people who constantly loses tuners so I go through a
lot of them and favor inexpensive ones. The Korg GT-3 is a very very
good tuner for the money. It is not chromatic, it is a 'guitar tuner'
with "LowE - A - D - G - B - HiE" LEDs to tell you which string you're
tuning. The key to this tuner s that that "B" is selected INSTANTLY
when I tune my (34" scale) Dyna-Bass's low B string. I've never seen
a (under $80) tuner pick up an open "B" as well as this one does.
This makes me happy. I'd recommend this tuner to one and all.
