I ordered this bass out of a Musician's Friend Catalog thinking that I would get a better price than just going through the company. I was correct. When the bass arrived it was just about perfect. The action was set just the way I like it (lucky me) and it sounded great. I thought that I would have to go through and readjust everything but I have not had to touch a thing. It sounds great accustically and it sounds great plugged in.

I thought that the six string bass would be just a little too much for me to handle, I was mistaken. I took right to my new bass and I have not sounded this good ever! I have taken it to a few of my gigs and it has not let me down yet.

The bass is a tad heavy but I have adjusted and the neck is one of the fastest I have played. The string spacing is just as wide as my fender jazz bass and it is faster. The controls took a little getting used to but I had it under control in no time.

Over all, this is probably the best instrument that I have played. Period.
