I was able to get a good deal on this Ampeg combo, so I bought it, not really needing another bass amp. I was using an SWR Super Redhead at the time. Now, I've sold the SWR and this is my main amp. The B2 just sounds better to me. And with a 2x10 extension cab, it'll knock down walls. It's a heavy beast to have to move around, but casters and the side mounted handles make it easier. I use a Fender Jazz, mostly, with no effects - just straight in. Classic rock, jazz, and some blues. It's perfect. I can't believe it took me this long to find my sound.
