I used to have a larger setup (4x10 1x15). it was only a little louder(Comparing 200W to 50W it is understandable)It was so hard to carry around where ever you went. If you need more sound run it through a PA. I would compeate(how loud)with a full stack turned up and people always were able to hear the bass line. Ampeg builds some wonderful products and if you need lots of sound the BA 112 is one of the best choices. i love mine and at under 400 you wont complain about it blowing because it has a built in limiter. Also it dose not cut out because it gets to low. I used to play a 5 string and always tuned down my b to g and it continued to sound good.

The only negitive i have is that it only has a 1/4 inch jack for out put. I know the BA-115 Has that and i wish that they put it on the BA-112.
