Solidly constructed cabinet as evident with a payload of 120 lbs! But worth it. I like the steel mesh grill in black, looks tech yet has function. I\'m driving this cabinet with a SWR 550X by way of a Rickenbacker 4003. Given the fact that the Ricky is very detailed in the high end I was concerned that the horn tweeter would make my tone brass, but with the variable control I am able to smooth it down. The beauty of this cabinet.. (or is the combo of the amp and cab?) is that it brings out the underlying low frequencies so often unheard from other cabinets. I shopped a lot of cabinets and this one really detailed the low end for me. In fact it changed my whole concept of the sound I was looking for. I would highly recommend this cabinet for clarity and depth. Perhaps not a great rock cabinet as it doesnt get super loud or buzzy.
