First off, this unit does not have the greatest effects in the
world. The chorus sucks, and the reverb is barely usable. The
compression is not nearly flexible enough, and the distortion and
overdrive bite.
BUT, it is a very solid and flexible unit overall. There are
fifty presets, either factory or user, that are controlled by five
foot switches which can either switch presets, or after pushing the
mode footswitch, can turn effects on and off within a patch, which is
VERY useful. The delays, pitchshift, flange and panner are all pretty
good, and the EQ section is very nice. I have had no problems with
noise or bad workmanship. It also has stereo outputs, and an
switchable effects loop, also nice. There is a dedicated bypass
switch which is also handy. This unit can also function as a MIDI
controller. I haven't used it in such a fashion, but the hardware is
there.

| It seems to be the most flexible unit on the
