The bass has an excellent tonal quality for its price. It has a very
bright vibrant tone. Yet it still handles the lower tones with
ease. The two octave neck gives plenty of room for the player to fully
utilise all 5 strings. This bass gives relatively little (if none at all)
buzz from the B string. On the downside the bass is not that good
for playing popping and slapping, however this is probably due to my
setup. But the bass is an outstanding performer for Jazz, Blues, Soul
and even Rock.
