My current bass system is a Ernie Ball MusicMan StingRay 5 string bass guitar, the Demeter VTBP-201S preamp, QSC PLX1602 power amp, and a Bergantino HT322 speaker cab.

I run the volume on the SR5 maxed out, a little bit of bass boost, some midrange & treble cut, and the pickup selector set on single coil. I run the PLX bridged (1600W into 4 ohm) and fully cranked with the clip limiter on and high pass filters off. I run the Demeter with all the tone switches in the out position, the treble and middle controls at 12:00, the bass control at about 11:45 (barely cut), and the presence control fully counter-clockwise (flat). I use the preamp's passive input for live gigs (even though my SR5 is active--more headroom) and control the actual output volume with the preamp's volume control. I have the cabinet's HF control set flat.

The cabinet appears to be built "almost" like a tank. The crossovers used are reportedly very expensive (for a bass speaker cabinet).

This speaker cabinet probably does not have a perfectly flat frequency response. It is not exactly in what I would call the hi-fi speaker class (though some might do so). What it does have is a rich and warm, yet fast, solid, punchy, and articulate deep bass up through mid-bass response & tone which seemlessly integrates with a very smooth midrange all the way up through the silky sweet treble (the high frequency driver on this cabinet is incredible). When driven really hard in my system, the sound starts taking on a tubey-overdriven, slightly compressed sound that somehow manages to retain the articulation of each note and yet has a throaty, roaring edge to it (still, somehow smooth), especially from the mid-bass down. And I mean all the way down; this guy can really project a low 'B' with "testicular fortitude" (huevos grande).

I think the components in this particular system are a match made in heaven. I did a lot of listening to other bass stuff before I got this system and am now very, very happy with the resulting sound.
