I fell in love with it the first time that I picked it up at the Carvin Dealer, and shortly thereafter convinced myself to buy it! I found it infinitely more playable that my 1978 Fender P Bass. Transition is flawless. The tone is supperb, mated with a Korg AX30B, ANY tone, or combination thereof is obtainable. I have only had the AC40 for about 7 months, and my appreciation of it only tends to increase. A pure pleasure to practice/reherse!
