This was one of the last Carvin purchases I made. I was amazed how
their customer service went from Great to ZERO in a few years, but
sadly....IT DID! I don't write this to slam the company, I used to
swear by them. This bass arrived in the wrong finish color! It also
had a paint flaw and other annoying little defects.(Very poor gold
plating etc). It was beautiful, but not what I ordered. I talked to
the "Customer service" mgr about this and my new R600 bass amp, (Which
arrived broken), as well as my new MP210 cab, (Which also arrived
broken, and not from shipping damage!), and got NO ASSISTANCE. The
response was "We'll do better next time, but you're on your own". I
had lots of their equip but was so angered by the lack of customer
support I sold every piece of their gear, (4 LB75's, 2 guitars,
R600amp, MP210 cab, PA cab's, vintage33 amp). In their defense I must
say that I played LB75's exclusively for 6 years and still like them.
They used to stand by their equip and build a quality product, but I
can't recommend anyone buy from them anymore.
