Pros: Beautiful finish, real deal for the bucks. Played well and B string good great, but considering the price, good!! I was very pleased with it from looks to playability and sound right off. Cons: A little rough on the hand around the nut. A slight contouring or roll on the ends of the of the nut would remedy this. Had to do some minor setting up. My biggest gripe was customer service. Dean boasted of quality customer service but I have seen no evidence to date, at least in my dealings. This sour note was brought about by a increase in static, as time passed, in the active electronics. My concern with this problem prompted the attempted communications with Dean for which I received no response. Thus, a poor rating in customer service.
