This bass has it all, sound, playablity, looks and the construction is
first rate. It can be used in a veriety of gigs from rock to country,
it's got one of the best slap sounds around when it's in parallel mode
and has an overall ballsy sound that really cuts. This was the first
bass I purchased over the $1000.00 dollar price range and it's still
my favorite. It's comfortable and has some great features. This has
got to be the easiest bass in the world to set-up, and it's no wonder
why Peavey has borrowed the idea of putting the truss rod adjustment
at the bass of the neck, you can adjust it without having to remove
anything. My only small complaint and I mean small, is that I find it
a little weak in the low end other than that it's a great deal, very
well made, very well thought out and the customer support is
outstanding.
