Its a good bass for beginers. But it is 3/4 and I grew so I didnt need it anymore. Also as I advanced I didnt like that I had less frets than others. Its not heavy but the neck swings down if you let go.
The tone is really nice for a one pickup bass but there is a lot of buzz with the treble up.
And the action really sucks its wicked clicky and I play funky and hard so that sucks. Of course in my opinion Fenders in genral suck when you want to play any way other than how they did 50 years ago. So I am not getting a new one. And the connection to the cable broke 3 times and i had to soder it back, that sucked
Ive played a lot of basses cause I am a teenager and I have nothing to do but go to music stores and tool around so I do when I can. And of all the basses Ive tried this bass is one of the best for a beginer but nothing more than that.
