I bought this bass as my come-back bass. After having gone through a rough
period with drugs and alcohol, I found a safe haven and paid 750 bucks for a Fender Precision ! Well, this bass served the purpose of getting the bottom end done and not long after that I thought that I should upgrade the pick-ups to bartilin's. That made this string through body sound excellent. The black bass with a white pick-guard looked out of date so I replaced it with the black pearloid fender upgrade. Now, I have a nearly customized monster that not only plays good but will get down .( yeah, deep down and funky) Pop City should be this basses name if it warranted one. I play it through my put together rig that consist of a 1/18 Crate, 2/10 Peavey with tweeter, topped off with a Ampeg SVT400T. The smooth action of the neck and medium light weight suggest hours of in your face p bass.
IF YOU CAN'T RUN WITH THE BIG DOGS, STAY ON THE PORCH !!
