Very nice construction. No gaps at neck joint. Very nice fi nish. My only compaint in construction is that the nut was cut rather sloppily. The sound is --- well, it's a p-bass. With the one pickup at mid position you don't get the classic fretless growl, rather, it's a mellow p-bass sound --- very much like an upright bass. Very good for country and folk-ish playing --- it's not a rocker.
