This is an incredibly great instrument I got mail order from Bass Northwest. The Moses neck is stable in the Hawaiian jungle, with a low easy action that this neophyte fretless player could handle from day one. The combination of the Bartolinis with the graphite neck and heavy Schaller hardware sound great, really deep and growly with just enough sustain. There is absolutely no hum.

I am in love with this instrument. The Moses neck feels a lot heavier and more solid than my Modulus Vintage J fretted (see review) and I can't decide which I prefer. I have tried to play other fretless basses, and figured it would take years to get a sound, but the lined neck and low action are making it easy to get lots of tone and mwah even though my intonation still has a ways to go.
