Since I've bought a Thunderbolt 6 string fretted first the choice was easy. This is one of the best basses around. Super playability, the warm sound is unbelievable. I put flatwound string on this baby and it sounds like a standup bass. This is the bass for any blues, jazz, and rock bassist. If you're into
Jack Bruce, Felix Papalardi and Jaco, you'd better get one of those. It's worth every penny. Iam playing this baby over my Eden WT800 with two 4x10XLTs for bigger event or over my Eden Metro with an attached 210XLT (eden of course, you rule) and I am a very happy camper. And if you have a question, Mike Pedulla answers them personally. Such a service is almost impossible to find elsewhere.
