Everything people have been saying about this little guy is true. It has
this certain singing, open quality to it. My friend loves the way his Ken
Smith sounds through it. Very versatile. Has great feature of only
having to buy ONE power supply (wall wart) and chaining the power to the
other units with a simple 1/8" male to male miniplug.
The 10 Mega Ohm impedance inputs will make any quiet, passive bass come up
to recording level with ease and keep out the coloration. This is not
only a good backup preamp, it's a great main preamp as well. When I
show people what I'm using to get my sound, they can't believe that
it's coming from this little thing! Nothing else to say except that
everyone needs one!
