I've been playing bass for 27 years and only regret the time and money wasted fooling around with other basses. After I bought my first Sadowsky, I sold every other bass I had (except my vintage J and P basses) and bought more Sadsowsky's. I currently have three, two Vintage 4's and a Vintage 5 and I've had more comments from engineers and musicians in the last year about my sound than in the previous 26.
Anyone that says they are over-priced Fenders must have their heads where the sun don't shine. The basses are extremely well made, look great, sound like a phaaaat ton and Roger Sadowsky is without a doubt the most customer friendly guy in the universe. Duke Ellington said "if it sounds good, it is good". Sadowsky's are real good!
