Got this guy slightly used to power an Alembic F2-B preamp. Plenty of headroom(maybe too much) for my 2 4x8 cabs, and it seems to have no sound of it's own, which is a good thing of course. I've heard Samson's amps get a pretty bad rap - eg. not being well made, being overrated budget amps - but I have yet to see that for myself. The knobs and jacks feel like those on any other power amp I've played with, the cooling system works well, and it's not noisy at all.
