I am writing this review to prevent beginner bassist such as myself from
buying a vantage bass guitar.
When I first bought the bass, I thought it was a good buy for its "looks" and cheapness. But to my dismay, it was
the first mistake I made. Here's what to expect if you buy a vantage bass
guitar. Number one "soldering". Be prepared to buy a solder gun after you
purchase this bass because you'll be needing one real soon!. I soldered
inside the control cavities so many times, there's no wire's left to
solder. Number two "New Pickups?". The pickups on this guitar emit some
noisy "hum" that would scare away children, like a fat man covered in dog
crap with a 'G' string on. And finally number 3 "a few more pay checks".
When you come to discover that your control cavity is all "soldered up"
and no mater what you do to improve the sound, nothing will help on this
soon to be "fire wood". I hope you beginners learn a little bit about my
review and to stear clear of products that say's Vantage on it. I would
like to write a letter to "Vantage", so if you "the reader" know it,
e-mail me and let me know. (olli_16@hotmail.com)
