Michael Manring starts off by playing a very cool bass solo on his headless bass. He then goes into some stretching exercises and relaxation exercises. This comes off kind of hokey, but I think if you took this seriously it would work very well. He then goes off into some permutations, finger exercises that go 1234, 1243, 1324, 1342, 1423, 1432...and so on. He also talks shortly about multiple tunings. He ends with some solo excerpts from a couple of his songs and then plays an incredible solo on two basses at one time. Overall, if you are disciplined enough, this information would be excellent in helping you become a great bass player. Michael is a great bass player and made a pretty good video.
